Welcome to Residential Communities

Woodbury University provides several options for finding your home away from home while completing your degree. From our two on-campus residence halls to our off-campus apartments, there are many options to fit a variety of budgets and preferences. For an overview off all the possibilities, please review the sections below.

Campus Residence Halls
Living on campus is convenient: classes and campus resources such as the dining hall, the Los Angeles Times Library, computer labs, staff and faculty offices, OASIS, basketball and volleyball courts, and the fitness center are all within walking distance. Research shows that students who live on campus tend to have higher GPAs and are more likely to graduate. To read more about our two residence halls, please visit the About Residential Communities section of our website.

Woodbury Sponsored Off-Campus Apartments
Woodbury has partnered with local apartment communities to offer students campus sponsored off-campus housing. Typically utilized by transfer and continuing students, our off-campus residences offer a more independent living option while still providing a connection to the Woodbury community. Though the availability of off-campus options is subject to change, we currently offer the Providencia Apartments approximately eight minutes from campus.  The Providencia Apartments are currently full for the Fall 2010 semester.  Those applicants who indicated Providencia as preference will be notified if space becomes available.

Off Campus Housing
The Office of Student Development can also assist students in finding independent off-campus housing in surrounding areas.

  • Off-campus Housing Listing: This free service allows members to send and receive notices regarding vacancies, roommate searches, and other topics related to off-campus housing.
  • Off-campus apartments: A list of just some of the apartment communities in the Burbank area.
